- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★After many years of a solid and profitable relationship with TD Bank, wonderful local personnel (Hyannis Branch) my business hit hard times with other accounts unable to make payments to us and then many other fiscal hits, the account was no longer viable. Despite making repeated requests to outside entities to stop automatic charges we began incurring a spiraling deficit with penalties. Not only was I able to speak with a local branch officer (the corporate offices were not as efficient - cut off many times while being transferred) but after listening to the Kafka like nightmare I was experiencing, they compassionately forgave all debts and mercifully closed the account with nothing due. Compassionate, human, efficient. That has been my experience with the local TD Bank Branch here in Hyannis, MA.
